Letter Writing

So far with my Grade 2 class we have been working on letter writing. This is done during our Writer's Workshop. We have written both friendly and persuasive letters based on the books "I Wanna Iguana", "Yours Truly Goldilocks". We have also written letters to Mrs.Beswick and our Jungalympic friends. We are currently writing our Santa letters. In our Santa letters students will be not only asking for things they would like but making a wish to better someone else's life in our world.
